With a bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Tennessee, years ago, I was WSM radio’s first woman to sell commercials in the Grand Ole Opry. I was also the first sales woman at the CBS television affiliate in Nashville. I am a past President of American Women in Radio and Television. Active in the community, I have served as Program Director of the Retail Board of the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce.
